The Storehouse is a grassroots charity with a powerful offering. We helped them create a single point of information on the web, for all their stakeholders.
The Storehouse is an independent charity providing free, new clothes for the kids of families in crisis.
One of the organisation’s key challenges is communicating to its stakeholders. Who is eligible for help? Who can refer to Storehouse? And how can you help or donate?
To enhance it’s public communications, The Storehouse partnered with Caffeine Powered Creative. The goal was a new website, to act as a central source of knowledge for each of these stakeholders.
The key design problem was this: how do we address 3 distinct audiences, without making the website to complicated? Our solution was a lightweight content delivery system, which changes the website’s content depending on who is using it.
As a result of this website, The Storehouse now has a single source of truth for referrers, families, and donors to access the information they need.
Recently we gave Chris a brief to build a website for our charity.
We explained what was required and Chris then shared his understanding of the brief which was spot on!
He came back to us with an initial draft of the website for confirmation and feed-back then finished it and sent it again for final input.
Chris really understood what we needed, kept us well informed throughout the process and stayed within the time frame given.
We are very happy with the finished website which is now live.
We would highly recommend – he listens well, is a great guy to work with and is very reliable and professional.
