Context

The AACP is a professional association supporting people who work to resolve disputes without litigation. Their members span a range of disciplines, from law and counselling to family mediation. Prior to launch, the organisation recognised the need for a strong online presence that could serve both the public and their members, providing resources, membership management, and information about collaborative practice.

The project

Caffeine Powered was contracted to build a fully customised WordPress website capable of handling advanced functionality. The site needed to be accessible and user-friendly for the general public, while also meeting the complex requirements of members. Features included subscription management, members-only content, a newsletter system, and publicly viewable profiles. We also identified the opportunity to merge the membership application process with the site’s subscription functionality, streamlining administrative work and saving the association considerable time.

The outcome

The AACP now benefits from a website that is both a professional-facing and public-facing hub. Members can manage their subscriptions independently, while the public can access relevant information quickly and easily. The site has reduced manual workload, improved organisational efficiency, and strengthened the association’s digital presence, allowing them to focus on supporting collaborative practice throughout Australia.
