A bold, visually dynamic one-page site for a new copywriting partnership.
Context
Pencil + Crown is the collaboration of copywriting specialists EmJ Anderson and Tab Noonan, combining cognitive strategy with creative flair. The duo wanted a brand and website that communicated their unique approach and stood out in a crowded creative marketplace.
The project
Caffeine Powered developed a simple yet powerful brand identity, including a crown device and complementary colour and type system. For the website, we designed an impactful one-pager featuring a scrolling ‘colour shift’ effect to bring the brand to life in a memorable way. The site was designed to clearly communicate their offering while maintaining visual dynamism that reflected the partnership’s creative energy.
The outcome
The website continues to be a strong example of what’s possible when brand identity and web design work hand in hand. It clearly communicates Pencil + Crown’s services to prospective clients, demonstrates their creative approach, and has become one of our favourite pieces to showcase.
