RAW Impact
A complete redesign for a grassroots development organisation, capturing their story while supporting growth, fundraising, and community engagement.

Context
RAW Impact is a sustainable development organisation based in Toowoomba, Queensland, with projects spanning Cambodia and remote First Nations communities in Australia. Their unique approach centres on immersive team trips, where schools and community groups roll up their sleeves and work alongside locals to create meaningful, hands-on change. With a growing reputation and a highly visual way of telling their story, RAW needed a website that could carry the weight of their impact and inspire people to get involved.
The project
RAW engaged Caffeine Powered Digital to lead a full redesign of their online presence. This wasn’t just a facelift—it was a chance to reimagine their brand, content structure, and tone of voice for a digital audience. With a wealth of high-quality photos and videos from their in-house media crew, we designed the site to be immersive from the outset, using bold visuals to draw visitors into their story. At the same time, we built a custom “Teams” engine that showcased RAW’s core activity—group trips—making it easy for potential volunteers and schools to see what was on offer and get excited about joining. Another key component was integrating their fundraising software directly into the site, so people could support RAW’s projects without leaving the platform.
The outcome
The result was a site that captures both the heart and the practical side of RAW’s work. It tells their story with clarity while offering simple pathways for visitors to donate, sign up for trips, or learn more. The organisation’s staff gained a platform that’s not only beautiful but functional, helping them focus their energy on their projects rather than administration. Most importantly, the RAW team felt the site reflected their values and gave them a tool to grow their movement and invite more people into the journey.
