Great websites come from a solid process. We’ll guide you through our proven five-step workflow so your site not only looks amazing but works for your audience.
Most full website builds are delivered within 8-12 weeks, though timelines can shift depending on features, content, and your deadline.

Discovery and briefing
We’ll step you through a discovery process to understand how your goals, audience, and vision shape the strategy behind your new build. This culminates in a briefing document, to lock in the key details and information architecture.

Design phase
We design a high-resolution mockup of your site’s key pages and templates. Think of it a bit like an architect’s drawings. This is the time to drop in any design related feedback, and make sure we’re all set on the overall look and feel.

Build phase
Once the design is signed off, we start laying the proverbial bricks. We’ll turn the design mockups into a real life WordPress site which you’ll get to preview on our test server. This is usually when the final content will be added.

Testing and launch
After testing, and when you’re ready, we flick the switch and your site is live for the world to see! We normally recommend a 7-day ‘soft launch’ for key stakeholders to review the site before you advertise it.

Handover and support
First, we’ll make sure you’re well briefed on how to use the WordPress back-end. If you choose a website care plan, we’ll be available whenever you need for technical support, as well as general help with keeping your site up to date.
